The team used the cyclone concentrate and the coarse slime fluidizer to adjust the amount of feed water, the size of the intake air, and the set density. The sorting was automatically carried out, in which the slime with a density lower than the set density was selected. Through high-frequency sieve dehydration into clean coal, the bottom flow of the separator is high-density, high-ash coal slime, which enters the coal through dehydration. Through the separation of coal and clean coal, the concentration of washing water is effectively ensured and the production efficiency is improved.
