1. Scope of recommended projects

2. All confidential projects related to national defense and national security cannot be recommended before they are decrypted.
3. All enterprises, research and design institutes and colleges and universities engaged in technology research and development in the non-ferrous metal industry can recommend, and private and small and medium-sized enterprises are encouraged to recommend.
2. Recommended prizes
The China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award has a Technology Invention Award and a Science and Technology Progress Award.
1. Technology Invention Award
The recommended project has major technological inventions in scientific research and technological innovation in the non-ferrous metal industry. It has strong novelty and creativity, advanced technical indicators, mature and complete technology, significant economic and social benefits, and good application prospects. The recommended technical invention award project must obtain authorized core invention patents, and the number of individual items should not exceed 6 people.
2. Science and Technology Progress Award
The recommended project has major technological innovations in non-ferrous metal industry technology development, technology promotion, achievement transformation and industrialization application. It has advanced technical indicators, mature and reliable technology, and significant economic and social benefits. It is meaningful for promoting scientific and technological progress in the industry and improving market competitiveness. major. It is recommended that the number of individuals in the first prize of science and technology progress awards should not exceed 16 people, the number of second prizes should not exceed 12 people, and the number of third prizes should not exceed 8 people.
3. Recommended methods and requirements
1. For the 2020 China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award, it is recommended to implement online reporting (). The science and technology management departments of each recommending unit shall be organized in a unified manner to fill in and review the recommended materials. Each recommendation unit uses the login account (attached) to log in to the recommendation platform to organize online reporting. 2. Projects recommended for awards must be recommended by the project completion unit or its competent department under the condition that intellectual property rights, the completion unit and the completion person have no disputes. 3. The overall technology of the recommended and rewarded project must be applied in production for more than 2 years, that is, the project should be applied before September 30, 2018. The projects included in the national or provincial ministerial plan and fund support should be recommended after the project's overall experience is accepted.
4. The same person can only be the person who completes one recommended project in the same year.
5. The recommended and rewarded projects need to pass the scientific and technological achievement evaluation organized by the industry or local third-party institutions, and provide relevant evaluation materials.
6. Relevant materials to be provided for the recommended and rewarded projects include technical evaluation certificates (photocopy) of scientific and technological achievements evaluation, appraisal and project acceptance, evaluation and review, intellectual property certificate, application certificate and other related certificates.
7. Recommend the technical invention award project and authorize the invention patent to provide the invention patent certificate and the full text of the patent specification. To recommend the scientific and technological progress award project, authorized patents must provide a patent certificate and patent specification front page (abstract page).
8. Reward items that recommend "standards" (product standards, analysis and testing, and engineering construction standards) are required to submit official standard texts (photocopy), standard preparation instructions, review meeting minutes and meeting delegate lists, standard level evaluation opinions, and standard implementation status Proof, etc. Projects that recommend "standard samples" are required to submit a standard sample certificate (copy), a standard sample development report, a standard sample identification certificate, and a standard sample implementation certificate.
4. Requirements for filling out the recommendation
