Permanent Ndfe B Neodymium Magnet with Rectangle Solid Zinc Finish

1.The raw materials are burdened according to Nd2Fe14b.
2.The burdened materials are melted at a high temperature to form an alloy ( or stip casting) in a vacuum induction furance.
3.The alloy (or strip casting) is pulverized into small particles that are several microns in size.
4.The particles are placed in a magnetic field and pressed into any desired shape.
5.The products are heat treated at a temperature of 1,000ÂºCÂ higher in a sintering furnace. And then aging the magnets to adjust the properties.
6. The magnets are tested their magnetic properties.
7.The manets are machined to the desired size and shape including surface treatment.
8.Visual inspection at last.
