SKF bearing: "good method" for rust-proof oil coating

1. Soaking method Some small SKF bearings are selected to be immersed in anti-rust grease; the thickness of the oil film can be reached by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust grease. It is adhered to a layer of anti-rust grease.
2. Spray method Some large bearings are not suitable for oiling by immersion method; usually, the compressed air with a pressure of about 0.77MPa is sprayed locally in the air. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted rust-proof oil or thin-layer rust-proof oil.
3, brush coating method pays attention to uniform coating on the surface of SKF bearing; do not occur in the stacking brush; also pay attention to avoid leakage coating.
The above three methods can not only avoid the rust of SKF bearings, but also ensure that the anti-rust oil carries forward its effect and has a smooth effect.
