It is 450mm, the pneumatic components are made of German FESTO products, and the guide rails and lead screws are made of Taiwan HIWIN products.
Rear centering positioner: The servo axis realizes teaching at any position. The pneumatic axis realizes the horizontal and vertical movement of the tapping head through the cam track to realize the centering function.
Lateral centering locator: The servo axis realizes teaching at any position. The pneumatic shaft is driven by the oscillating cylinder to drive the gear and the spline gear to complete the swing arm movement. The linear cylinder drives the spline shaft to slide in the spline gear to complete the linear motion. For the centering function, this mechanism is a composite motion structure, which fully considers the fatigue degree of the cylinder receiving external force and unloads the radial load on the fixed seat.

The servo system has two layers of protection, hard stroke limit and soft stroke limit.

The password level is set in the touch screen, and some important data can only be operated within a certain security level.

Main operation instructions
Manual operation: manual positive and negative operation of servo system, manual operation of vertical cylinder and rotary cylinder.
Reference point operation: Set the original reference point of the servo system.
Automatic operation: After the conversion between the single piece and the double piece is completed, the device runs automatically.
Automatic state switching during single-piece and double-piece production: Pull the key switch, press the automatic start button, and move each servo system and cylinder to the pre-teaching position to complete the system preparation work. After that, the whole set of equipment can be automatically produced.
Teaching operation: teach the two-part production position of different workpiece servo systems according to different workpieces.
Fault search: Fault inquiry and reset for PLC, position control module and servo package fault, and when the fault occurs, the touch screen pops up the help window.
Technical design of engineering design
Since the project belongs to the improvement of the original system and the risk is high, the safety of the equipment operation must be fully considered, that is, the interference problem of each motion unit. According to the actual installation size of the site, the PLC program is used to control the action sequence and the ingenious machinery.
