1. Cause of failure:
(1) The power supply of the motor is dead; the fuse is blown; the power cord is broken or there is a bad contact.
(2) The button switch or starting device is stuck or the control circuit is poorly connected.
(3) The overload protection device operates to cut off the circuit.
2. Maintenance method:
(1) Use a low-voltage test pencil to measure whether there is electricity in the three-phase power supply. If there is no voltage, turn on the power supply first.
(2) Use a low-voltage test pencil to measure the safety of the power distribution starting equipment under the pile head, and check whether all three phases are live. If a fuse of a phase, a two-phase, or a three-phase fuse is blown, replace the fuse of the same specification with caution. Observe to see if the test pen has the same brightness of the charging of the pile head under each phase insurance to prevent the wrong judgment caused by the induced electricity.
(3) Check whether there is bad contact in the line, and after finding out the fault, scrape and connect the thread again.
(4) Check whether the mechanical pull-in action device is flexible. If it is stuck, reassemble and add lubricating oil in some places, then disconnect the power supply, check the switches and buttons with a multimeter to see if the normally open point can be pressed and closed Whether the normally closed point can be connected to reset, and whether the starting device and the contact of the motor winding are good.
(5) First, check whether the current adjusted by overload protection is suitable for the rated current of the motor. If it is not suitable, adjust it and reset the thermal relay action mechanism.
