According to the previously announced notification notice, the special fund support scope and support focus are mainly for industrial technological transformation projects and new projects completed between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. The project is in line with national, provincial and municipal industrial policies and belongs to industrial leading industries such as electronic information, automobile and equipment manufacturing, new materials, biology and medicine, modern food manufacturing, modern home and brand clothing, and aluminum and aluminum deep processing.

According to the relevant regulations, for the selected projects, they will be supported in the form of ex post awards. The same enterprise can only choose one form of subsidy for the same project. The technological transformation project with a total industrial investment of more than 5 million yuan and a new project with a total investment of more than 20 million yuan shall be subsidized by the project unit according to 10% of the project production and investment in technical equipment. The subsidy for individual projects shall not exceed 10 million yuan. For those who have obtained financial support from the state or provincial level, they may not repeat the application.
