On April 27th, the Xingtai Municipal Government Information Office held a press conference. The press conference was mainly to release the main contents of the comprehensive air pollution control plan of Xingtai City in 2018. According to the provincial task, the focus was on the decomposition rate of PM2.5. Specifically, it includes two aspects:
First, the city's urban target: By the end of 2018, the concentration of PM2.5 in Xingtai City will be 8% lower than that in 2017, reaching below 74 micrograms.
Second, the objectives of each county (city, district): around the urban PM2.5 annual target, and the county (city, district) at least 1 microgram below the urban area and the rate of decline is not less than 9%, set 20 counties (city, district) air quality improvement target.
Strongly promote the rectification of key industries such as steel, coking, glass and thermal power. In the enterprise, Xingtai, the blast furnace that does not meet the industrial policy in spring and summer can not be produced, the coking process and the sintering process are limited to 50% or more; in autumn and winter, the blast furnace is limited to 50%.
