The materials are cast aluminum alloy, and their The key dimensions are basically the same, only the following two points are different. First, the right sliding sleeve has no side-pitch holes 2-φ10mm, and the second is viewed from the same direction, and the small holes φ5mm are on different sides. The parts are officially produced for the general design of special combination machine tools to meet the needs of mass production. However, in the trial production stage and process test, it is necessary to use some simple tooling to match the processing. Since the holes are distributed more on the parts, it is time-consuming and laborious to find the processing by the scribing only, and the quality cannot be guaranteed. To this end, we have designed the drill fixture shown in Figure 2, which can reliably process all the holes on the left and right sliding sleeves.
