Boshen: Announcement of the election of the employee representative supervisor of the board of supervisors

The 19th meeting of the third employee representative conference of Boshen Tools Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held on September 2, 2013 in the multi-function hall of the company. There should be 77 employee representatives, 74 employee representatives, and 3 leavers for the event; the delegates reached two-thirds of the number of delegates, which is in line with the quorum of the meeting, and the resolutions formed are legal and valid.

At this meeting, Mr. Zheng Yongli was elected as the employee representative supervisor of the company by voting (attached resume). Mr. Zheng Yongli will form the third board of supervisors of the company together with the two shareholder representative supervisors elected by the company's general meeting of shareholders for a term of three years.

Mr. Zheng Yongli, born in 1975, Chinese nationality, no permanent residency abroad, college degree. Since March 1999, he has worked in the company. He has served as the quality laboratory technician, the purchasing department buyer, the deputy manager, the hot press workshop director, the cold press workshop director, the business development department manager, the information center director, and the current purchasing department manager. .

Mr. Zheng Yongli holds 300 shares of the company and has no relationship with shareholders, actual controllers, directors, supervisors and senior executives who hold more than 5% of the company's shares. There is no Article 104 of the Company Law. Article 17 of the provisions of the listed company's supervisors may not be punished by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant departments and the stock exchange.
