The reporter learned yesterday from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture that after nearly three years of research and experimentation, experts from the Beijing Innovation Team of the edible fungi industry technology system have realized the reuse and zero-emission of waste bacteria in the production of edible fungi.
It is understood that mushroom cultivation techniques have solved the pollution and utilization problems caused by a large amount of rural waste such as crop stalks, livestock excrement, and forest branches. However, the waste bacteria produced in the production of edible fungi has long been a major problem in the city's environmental governance. Due to the large amount of mycelia in the residue, it is rich in nutrients, which not only causes waste of resources, but also leads to the proliferation of pests and pathogenic microorganisms, especially molds, resulting in air and environmental pollution.
To this end, experts from the innovation team used Fangshan, Daxing Agricultural Institute and farmers' nursery sheds as demonstration bases to conduct experiments on the reuse of edible fungus waste. This technique first uses the first waste culture bacterium that cultivates edible mushroom such as crab mushroom and mushroom, and then cultivates oyster mushroom after adding proper amount of nutrient components, making the nutrient conversion efficiency of mash to reach 75%-80%. And the pollution rate is low. On this basis, the second-generation waste bacterium produced by the re-cultivation of edible fungi is significantly superior to the breeding seedlings of watermelons, melons and other crops after adding a small amount of heat-resistant microorganisms and fermenting them at a suitable temperature. Traditional turf substrate, all meet the strong seedling standards.
According to experts, after fermentation, the fungus not only kills most of the pathogens, but also makes the nursery and sowing time more than one week in advance, and the pollution rate is reduced. At the same time, the weight of bacilli is light, which can also reduce the labor burden on farmers and facilitate the transportation of seedlings in the field. The most critical point is that after two times of reusing the waste bacterium, it not only produced more edible fungi, but also reduced the cost of raising seedlings, improved the quality of nursery, and made the waste of the edible fungus reach zero emission, which truly solved the waste. Bacterial contamination of the environment.
