In 2014, the railway construction task was completed.
In 2014, the national railway construction has three major objectives, namely, 800 billion yuan of fixed assets investment in the national railway, 7,000 kilometers of new line production, and 64 new construction projects. All three major objectives have been completed.

According to the reporter's understanding, in 2014, the proportion of the annual plan for the completion of the national railway fixed asset investment was the best in recent years. At the same time, the newly started project was successfully implemented. In 2014, 66 projects including the E-Harb Railway, Huai Shaoheng Railway, Hanghuang Railway, and Sichuan-Tibet Railway Chengdu-Ya'an Section have all completed the bidding and started construction, exceeding the average number of newly started projects in the “Twelfth Five-Year Planâ€. Specifically, it will integrate the international container transport business of the whole road, strengthen the construction of domestic and international business networks, and build a railway transnational logistics platform.
