In the morning, I listened to the analysis report of Deputy Secretary-General Chen Yuandong on the operation of the industry in 2015. I feel that the situation of our coated abrasive industry is relatively good. It is understood that many industries in China have fallen by an average of 10-15%, indicating that our industry has made progress in many aspects and is very vital. Of course, the situation we are facing is also very serious.
After listening to today's meeting, I am thinking about it. What should we do next? In the morning, Secretary-General Wang conveyed the requirements of the General Assembly in two directions: one is innovation and the other is service. This service is to serve the community. When it comes to innovation, specifically to our industry, which products should be innovative and which products should be updated? Which products are restricted and cannot be used? These issues should be discussed well. I want to make a few comments:

First, from the bucking to the abrasive to the adhesive to the filler, each target has not kept up, and now it is still talking about things.
From the perspective of the substrate, cloth, paper, fiber, film, rubber, etc. are very good products, but one of the shortcomings is that there is a lot of commonality, and the pertinence is not enough, including the two kinds of abrasives introduced by the two companies in the afternoon. Zirconium corundum and ceramic abrasives, which materials are they targeting? The situation of grinding, etc., is not targeted. If it is not targeted, the next step will not be promoted. What is the processing precision of your product, what is the processing object, is titanium alloy, stainless steel 304? Is cast iron, ball-milled cast iron 50, 40, high-strength aluminum alloy? What are the advantages of processing this material, etc., these must have no specificity. This includes problems with cloth, strong grinding and other grinding. Therefore, our entire industry has not kept up with the specificity from buckling to abrasives to adhesives to fillers. Now we are still talking about things in general.

Second, raw material companies must go to the end user to verify their products.
Raw material companies are generally accustomed to verifying their products in the product factory, but I want to tell you that the problems that need to be solved at the end user site are much more difficult and harder than what you can think of in the enterprise. So you have to follow the product company to the end user to understand the situation and see if your product is best used by the end user, so as to test your end users. I and the Secretary-General often go to the company. I went to a company that is an air-conditioning compressor last week. They have sales of 6 billion a year. I have not gone to the second car this week. I am almost a big user on Sunday. Run in the enterprise. To be a company is like watching chess in three steps. If you are staring at yourself, you always look at your own steps. How can you develop? Enterprises are serving the society. Where is your product end? The final service point including abrasives, binders, coatings, and service lines have not yet lengthened. What we have made is always telling ourselves about this. How is it performing downstream? Going downstream, there is no more to the end user. In this way, the professionalism and pertinence of the company will not keep up. Therefore, I suggest that raw material companies should track your products for a long time and track them to the end users, which means that the grinding must be added.

Third, we don't have a lot of things in the market, and some companies stop production because of backward products.
We know that many of the things that users are using now need to be updated, but we also have many companies that have stopped production due to problems such as grinding efficiency, cost of the company and environmental protection. Things made with ordinary abrasives and ordinary abrasive tools are parked there, and the dust is too large. So now we need a very large amount of things on the market, and we are still staring at your next customer. The end users have a lot of specialized, specialized and targeted work that requires us to do a lot. Go and do it. For example, abrasives, we have done a lot of types: plastic abrasives, sintered abrasives, stacked abrasives, composite abrasives, mixed abrasives, etc., but for the application of various abrasives, we have not really researched the home for different materials. For example, zirconium alloys are basically ground without ordinary abrasives, and CBN is not used. It must be ground with special abrasives. Nowadays, there is a lot of demand in the country, such as the processing of titanium alloy into mirrored plates, which is in great demand. On the military side, Russia's nuclear submarine shells are all made of titanium alloy. The aluminum alloy used in the three-fold supersonic aircraft made by Xi'an Aircraft Manufacturing Plant is now required to make five times the speed of sound. Titanium alloy must also be used. The shell is completely scattered when flying to a certain extent, and a precision-polished titanium alloy must be used.
In terms of composite abrasives, our targeting is too much. In terms of adhesives, the demand for non-toxic and environmentally friendly adhesives is very large. The adhesives of phenolic, formaldehyde and phenol that we currently use are highly toxic, and the damage to the human body and the environment is also great. Or because one of the indicators of the adhesive does not meet the standard, it will affect many products can not be produced. We can't always turn around phenolic and oxygen. Many resins need to be modified to improve their performance and improve their targeting.

Fourth, we must strengthen basic research and use data to express your products.
We have studied too little for auxiliary materials. The cryolite used in the grinding industry originally used sodium salt and sodium fluoroaluminate. In the past few years, potassium fluoroaluminate has been used. They all say good but don't know where it is. Some interested companies have done cutting experiments on various materials and finally reached a conclusion. Therefore, for all kinds of materials, lubrication, heat conduction, heat absorption, antistatic, etc., they must have data on the final application effect, otherwise the data from the company is always half; your home abrasives are obvious What is the micro-hardness and particle shape? Can't say it. Therefore, companies must do a good job in this area. In addition, our testing equipment is much worse than the international standard, and the detected things can not be used. The work of internationalization and generalization of testing standards has to keep up. The export volume of coated abrasives in China has reached 39%, which is very large. In the event that any product has a problem, it is necessary to go to court, and the standard is not uniform, which will cause a lot of trouble. Therefore, the input of testing equipment and the uniform refinement of standards are a good lesson to be filled.

5. About environmental issues. It is hoped that all enterprises will invest in governance, and the abrasive enterprises will be too dusty; the original cloth will use too much water; the adhesive companies need not say more, and every enterprise has environmental problems.
Finally, we must consider intelligent digital manufacturing. Many things are not done manually now. Many enterprises, especially large enterprises, use a large number of intelligent devices, especially control systems, to digitize information. I hope that our company will give special consideration to this issue when it comes to upgrading. We will focus on the upgrading of products and product development. On this basis, we will have a way out of environmental protection and automation of equipment. Of course, the most important thing is that a company must have innovative products, so that it has a foothold.
