It is reported that the patent navigation industry development experimental zone will use the latest patent results as the starting point for research and development, embedding patent applications into industry, product and market innovation, and establishing a deep match between patent information analysis and industrial operation, patent creation and industrial innovation. The patent layout has a strong working mechanism for industrial competition guarantee and promotes the high-end development of the industry. The construction of the experimental area is based on the specific industrial agglomeration area, with the core of enhancing the patent application ability of the enterprise, and promoting the joint use of patents by enterprises, universities and research institutes as a means to actively explore new modes of patent application to promote the high-end development of the industry. The construction period will end in August 2018. During this period, the State Intellectual Property Office will establish a tracking management mechanism and a core indicator statistical system, and set up an expert steering committee to follow up and guide.

Zhengzhou City, based on Zhengzhou New Material Industry Cluster Area, started the construction of the patent navigation industry development experimental area at the beginning of the year.
