Each water-cooled chiller not only does a comprehensive performance test before leaving the factory, but also equips the unit with various safety protection devices such as phase protection, low water level protection, water flow switch protection, pump overload protection, compressor over Overload protection, high and low voltage protection, etc., to prevent the unit from causing secondary damage due to failure. When the unit fails, the corresponding protection device will issue a reminder and stop the freezer from running.

One of the common faults: reverse phase. When this fault occurs in the water-cooled freezer, phase protection will be provided in time. The reason for the reverse phase is that there are pumps and compressors reversing. At this time, we can change any two phases in the power line. If it is missing phase, we only need to use a multimeter to measure whether the three-phase power is normal, and check whether the power line has broken. Drop off

The second common fault is: The refrigerant lacks indicator light. When the water temperature of the water-cooled freezer is above 5°C, when the low pressure gauge pressure is less than 2kg/cm2, then the refrigerant is identified as insufficient. At this time, we must perform the leak detection work. If there is any leakage point, we shall make a leak and replace it. The dry filter is evacuated and the freezer is filled with the appropriate refrigerant.

The third common fault: poor cooling causes slow cooling or inability to cool. If the condenser of the water-cooled freezer has poor heat dissipation, the compressor will have low efficiency and the operating current will increase, and the high-pressure pressure will rise to 20kg/cm2. At this time, the compressor will be stopped by high pressure protection. At this time, check the cooling tower cycle. Whether the water is normal, whether the cooling water temperature is too high, and whether the cooling water valve is fully opened, whether the condenser is dirty, etc., until these are normal, press the reset button again to operate normally.

The fourth common fault is whether the high and low voltages are normal. In the second and third cases above, the pressure display of the compressor when the high pressure or low pressure is abnormal is analyzed in detail. Then when the compressor is operating, the high pressure and the low pressure have a small difference or equal error, then we have to check. The valve of the compressor itself is broken or broken, and immediately stops operating to inform the supplier to send someone to deal with it.
