The power part of the 20-meter self-straight-arm aerial work platform is mainly provided by the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system of the vehicle is divided into a platform working device system, a telescopic and leveling boom hydraulic system, a luffing system, a table turning system, a getting off walking hydraulic system, and a steering and body floating hydraulic system. When the aerial work platform is in operation, the main hydraulic system energy consumption is above the aerial work platform boom hydraulic system and the table swing system. At present, the aerial work platform adopts electro-hydraulic control technology, and controls the opening direction and opening amount of the proportional directional control valve through the CAN bus and the intelligent control system with the auxiliary PLC, thereby ensuring the stability and safety of the entire aerial work platform.
The hydraulic system of the 20-meter self-straight-arm aerial work platform can be roughly divided into an open system and a closed system. The traveling system uses a closed system; the braking, floating, high and low speeds are 13.9 cm3/rad. Quantitative gear pump; on-board hydraulic system (variable, swivel, telescopic, leveling and work platform steering) and the tire steering of the vehicle are open systems with a 20cm3/rad quantitative gear pump. At the same time, this type of aerial work platform has an emergency unit with a displacement of 2.5cm3/rad. When the main pump is not working properly, the emergency unit can provide small displacement power to ensure the lowering of the working platform and ensure the safe landing of the operator.
The aerial work platform travel system uses a variable pump closed hydraulic circuit, and the variable pump drives two variable motors to realize the walking function. The port of the variable pump and the motor port are connected by a hydraulic oil pipe and a relay mechanism (all the upper and lower oil pipes are connected through the mechanism to avoid bending of the oil pipe due to the rotation of the table). The hydraulic oil flows out of the variable pump outlet and returns to the suction port of the variable pump through the variable motor, thus forming a closed circuit. The positive and negative rotation of the variable motor also changes the oil outlet of the variable pump by changing the direction of the variable pump swashplate inclination angle, and changes the angle of the variable pump swashplate inclination angle to control the variable motor speed to reach the tire walking stepless speed change. The closed hydraulic system has a simple working structure and fewer hydraulic oil pipeline connections, thereby reducing the probability of leakage and failure; without the influence of the reversing valve, no throttling loss, high energy utilization, and thus smooth transmission, hydraulic shock and energy The loss is small.
