First, the herbicide dosage form. Different formulations of herbicides are formulated differently. For example, emulsions, liquids, and suspensions can be prepared by a one-step dilution method, that is, a certain amount of the herbicide is directly added to the sprayer for dilution. This method can be used for 72% Duer emulsion and 90% Wo emulsifiable concentrate. The wettable powder, dry suspoemulsion and other dosage forms must be prepared by a two-step dilution method: the first step is to accurately weigh the herbicide according to the requirements, add a small amount of water and stir, so that it is fully dissolved to be the mother liquor. The second step is to uniformly dilute a certain amount of mother liquor into the quantitative water. 75% superstar dry suspoemulsion, 25% herbicide ether wettable powder, etc. must be diluted by this method.
Second, prepare the diluent. To prepare the diluent in the sprayer, you must first add about 10 cm of water to the sprayer container, slowly add the drug or mother liquor, and then add water to the water line.
Third, because the specific gravity of various herbicides is not exactly the same as the proportion of water, spray the spray immediately after the liquid is dispensed, do not stay.
4. The dilution in the sprayer is accurately added to the water level of the sprayer and must not be filled. If the sprayer medicine box is filled, the medicine solution in the medicine box is difficult to shake when the application personnel walks, and the medicine is likely to sink or float, affecting the uniformity of the liquid medicine and affecting the herbicidal effect.
