1. Improve the moisture resistance of the winding insulation.
2. Slow down the aging speed of the winding insulation, improve the thermal conductivity and increase the heat dissipation effect.
3. Improve the electrical performance and mechanical strength of the winding.
4, improve the stability of the winding insulation, so that it has the ability to prevent mildew, corona, oil and other.
The winding is the most fragile component in the motor structure. In order to improve the moisture resistance and insulation strength of the winding, and to improve the mechanical strength, thermal conductivity and heat dissipation effect and delay aging, the motor winding after rewinding must be immersed. It is required that the immersion paint and drying are strictly carried out according to the insulation treatment process to ensure the good permeability of the insulating varnish, the smooth surface of the paint film and the high mechanical strength, so that the stator windings bond into a solid whole.
The process consists of two main processes: pre-baking and dip coating.
1, pre-bake

The windings should be pre-baked prior to dipping to remove moisture from the windings and to increase the temperature of the workpiece during immersion to improve the quality of the varnish and the penetration of the lacquer.
The pre-baking heating should be gradually increased, and the temperature rising speed is preferably not more than 20 to 30 ° C / h. The pre-baking temperature is determined by the insulation grade. The E-class insulation should be controlled at 120-125 °C; the B-class insulation should be 125-130 °C, and the temperature is kept for 4-6 hours, then the pre-baked winding is cooled to The varnish was started at 60 to 80 °C.
2, dipping paint
Pay attention to the temperature of the workpiece, the viscosity of the paint, and the time of dipping the paint.
1 dipping temperature
If the temperature of the workpiece is too high, the solvent in the paint will evaporate rapidly, so that the surface of the winding will form a paint film prematurely, and it will not easily penetrate into the inside of the winding, which will also cause material waste. If the temperature is too low, the pre-baking will be lost and the viscosity of the paint will be increased. The fluidity and permeability are poor, and the dip coating effect is not good. Practice has proved that the immersion paint is suitable when the workpiece temperature is between 60 and 80 °C.
2 paint viscosity
The viscosity of the paint should be selected properly. When the first time the paint is immersed, it is desirable that the paint penetrates into the interior of the winding. Therefore, the flowability of the paint is required to be better, so the viscosity of the paint should be lower, generally 22 to 26 s (20 ° C, viscosity No. 4) When the second dipping paint, it is mainly desirable to form a better paint film on the surface of the winding, so the viscosity of the paint should be larger, generally 30 ~ 38s is appropriate. Since the temperature of the paint has a great influence on the viscosity, it is generally specified at 20 ° C. Therefore, the viscosity should be adjusted according to the temperature of the paint.
3 dipping time
The selection principle of the dipping time is: the first dipping paint, it is hoped that the paint can penetrate into the winding as much as possible, so the dipping time should be longer, about 15-20 min; the second dipping paint is mainly to form a better surface paint. Membrane, so the immersion time should be shorter, so as not to take too long to damage the paint film, so about 10 to 15 minutes is appropriate. But be sure to soak, keep immersed until no air bubbles, if not ideal, extend the immersion time. After each dipping finish, the stator windings should be placed vertically, and the residual paint should be drenched for more than 30 minutes, and the remaining paint should be wiped off with solvent.
4 dipping method
The main methods of dipping paint are: immersion, immersion, vacuum pressure immersion.
For the single-repair motor immersion paint, the immersion and vacuum pressure immersion are usually used to manufacture the motor. For the batch, the immersion can be considered, and the high-voltage motor is vacuum immersed.
