1. Things and equipment
1.1 Constant temperature drying box (venting holes at the top); temperature scale: room temperature ~ 150 ° C, or hair dryer 500W.
1. 2 constant temperature water bath equipment (single hole / double hole water bath or other).

2. Environmental needs
2.1 The operating room should be hygienic, dustproof, and equipped with ventilation and exhaust devices. The ambient temperature should be maintained at 12~35 °C.

3. Pre-process disposal
3.1 Disposal: Use mechanical and chemical methods to collect dust, oil and various corrosive products.
3.2 Removal: The workpiece shall be cleaned with a mixture of 1:1 absolute ethanol (chemically pure) and 120 solvent gasoline (or xylene); the workpiece shall be dry and hygienic. Oil and moisture (cleaning with clean white gauze is not suitable for staining).
3. 3 preheating: when preheating; put the cleaned workpiece into the oven; keep it at 80~90 °C for 20 minutes; apply it within 5 minutes after taking it out of the oven (the temperature is equal to or slightly after the workpiece is preheated) Lower than the solution temperature is appropriate; that is, 45 ~ 55 ° C). When the amount is small, no need to preheat.
3. 4 Coating: The coating process should meet the following requirements:
a. The solution can be coated when it is clear; and the temperature of the solution is kept within the range of 55 ° C ~ 65 ° C (water temperature 60 ~ 65 ° C; when heated, use a glass rod to quietly mix the solution), b. Prevent the workpiece and solution from coming into contact with water; the water bath is best closed, c. The operator should wear hygienic white gauze gloves and a mask; prevent the hand from directly touching the workpiece, d. Immerse the preheated workpiece in the solution for 1~2 minutes; and properly tremble. For workpieces or equipment that are inconveniently dip coated; brush with a clean brush; use a hair dryer to blow evenly for 3~5 minutes.
3. 5 drying: dry the coated workpiece for more than 15 minutes; ensure that the solvent is completely evaporated (no droplets and flow marks).
3.6 Drying: The dried workpiece is placed in an oven for drying; drying temperature is 120±2°C; drying time is 30~60 minutes (the oven temperature reaches 120°C to start timing; and the air outlet is completely opened) ). For workpieces such as printed circuit boards that are not suitable for the above temperature; they can be dried at 70~80 °C; the holding time is 1 hour.
3.7 Cooling: The dried workpiece is taken out for natural cooling; the coated part is not cooled and must not be touched before drying; the workpiece can be packaged after it is cooled to room temperature.
4. Check the film with a naked eye or a 3~5 times magnifying glass. The film should be clean, uniform, free of flow marks or accumulation.
