This stretch blow molding machine is a one-piece stretch blow molding and capping machine that utilizes the principle of single delivery, using SIGCORPOLAST BLMAX SERIES blow molding machine, SIG SI-MONAZZI STILLJET filling machine and double cover feeding capping machine The devices are assembled in a single unit without the need for conveyor belts or washers; depending on the speed, space and capacity requirements, stretch blow molding machines are available in both buffer and direct transfer systems. The buffer allows the unit to empty all bottles during shutdown and can be connected to the labeler if needed. The direct transfer system uses a shaping wheel to transfer the package between the devices.
