Composite products based on polyurethane technology from global chemical company Huntsman are at the center of the design exhibition at the Gent Design Museum in Belgium.

Fiber Fixation: The design of the composite shows a range of products using fiber reinforced composites. The exhibition will open on April 21, 2019, and will be curated by Ignaas Verpoest of KU Leuven and LutPil of the LUCA Academy of Art with the Dutch design community.
Huntsman is the main sponsor of the Fixed Fibers Exhibition, providing financial support for event organizers and two exhibition projects. The company is exhibiting a window frame based on RIMLINE fiberglass reinforced squeezing and an ultra-lightweight license plate holder for the KTM1290 SuperDukeR motorcycle – a high-performance motorcycle with a 1300cc/170HPV engine.
The sash uses Huntsman's RIMLINE resin technology, which combines a strong profile with excellent strength and weatherability as well as low thermal conductivity. The innovative motorcycle license plate holder is based on Huntsman's VITROX resin technology and was created as part of the RACE project, led by KTM Technology, an engineering company with a wide range of expertise in composites and hybrid materials and their applications.
