Hui Jin Chairman Guo Rongxun was invited to participate in the Jiaozuo City People's Congress

On the afternoon of March 24, 2014, the preparatory meeting for the first session of the 12th National People's Congress of Jiaozuo City was completed. The first meeting of the 12th People's Congress of Jiaozuo City was officially held from March 25th to March 28th. The newly elected Presidium of the General Assembly held its first meeting in the first conference room of the Jiaozuo Convention Center. The members of the Presidium should be present at the meeting of 66 members. There were 7 due to illness and 59 members of the meeting, which met the quorum. As a representative of Jiaozuo City People's Congress, Mr. Guo Rongxun, Chairman of Huijin Enterprise, was invited to participate in the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Ding Fuhao, Secretary-General of the General Assembly. The meeting first heard the representative qualification review report of the representative of the 12th People's Congress of the city, Bai Fuhai (to be determined), the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress. Sun Likun, Zhang Wenshen, Wang Mingde and Ding Fuhao are the executive chairman of the presidium of the conference. Subsequently, under the auspices of Ding Fuhao, the executive chairman of the Presidium of the General Assembly, the meeting voted to approve the list of executive chairmen of the conference, and decided on the candidates for the deputy secretary-general and the agenda of the conference. In addition, the meeting also voted on the draft election method of the conference, decided to submit the draft election proposal to all representatives for discussion, and voted on the provisions of the bill.
