How to inflate positive pressure air respirator cylinder

Before inflation, we need to make the following preparations. First of all, we must carefully check whether there is any abnormality in the air level pump oil level line, triangle belt, high-pressure hose, etc., and check the circuit circuit to ensure its normal use. Check the amount of air pump needs to add lubricating oil. After everything is checked, you can inflate the cylinder. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Open the condensate drain valve on the separator and start the air pump without load. After the air pump is stable, close the drain valve and connect the high-pressure hose connector to the gas cylinder connector (closed state).

2. Open the cylinder valve, and the inflation pump inflates the cylinder. When the inflation pressure of the cylinder reaches the specified value, close the rotary valve on the cylinder, and quickly open the sewage valves at all levels of the inflation pump to unload the inflation pump. Discharge all high-pressure gas and moisture from the pipeline.

3. Turn off the compressor and remove the gas cylinder connection.

Here we want to emphasize a few points to note:

1. The service life of the gas cylinder of the air respirator is 15 years. When the gas cylinder is inflated, the service life of the gas cylinder should be checked. The gas cylinder beyond the service life of the gas cylinder is not allowed to be inflated to prevent the gas cylinder from bursting. And the gas cylinder inflation pressure is marked on the gas cylinder, do not over-inflate.

2. When using an air pump, the air pump should be placed in a clean air environment. If the air pump is in a harsh environment, it will cause the gas filled in the cylinder to be unsafe, and will cause damage to many parts of the air pump itself. .

3. Do not choose to use low-quality gas cylinders, so as to avoid serious consequences due to the quality problems of the gas cylinder itself.

4. If there is a power failure or a sudden shutdown during the inflation operation, we should immediately turn off the power switch and then check.
