1. Instrument power

Turn on the power plug, the instrument voltage is between 180-250V, the instrument must have a reliable grounding point, otherwise it is susceptible to interference, causing data fluctuations. Stabilize for 10 minutes for zero input and full value adjustment. Check whether the drain hose is installed firmly, and inject distilled water (reference liquid) into the cuvette, and turn on the power switch of the instrument. At this time, the digital tubes of the three channels of the instrument all display “8”, and the three indicators are all bright and accompanied. There is an audio, the sound ends shortly, the sign of the digital tube shows "C" or "A" and "U", and the rest shows "0.000 or other values.

2, zero input and full scale adjustment

When the instrument is used for the first time, it needs to input the zero point and adjust the full value. In the future daily use, the zero input is generally not used.



3. Establishment of standard curve

Follow the steps below to create a standard curve.

(1) The instrument is energized for 10 minutes, and three cuvettes are filled with distilled water (reference liquid);

(2) Self-calibration zero and fullness.
