They can only supply electricity for several hours each day. Some modern duty methods and appliances such as television sets and refrigerators are often not used. In particular, the oil needed by the generators is transported to the vessels. When the typhoon season or sea conditions are poor, the islands cannot be supported on the vessels and the generators become furnishings.
In the past two years, the military region of the province has taken several measures to introduce municipal power and install wind power generation equipment for some qualified islands. In view of the natural conditions of remote islands such as Nanxun, they decided to install solar photovoltaic power generation systems after repeated investigations and demonstrations, and completed the installation of photovoltaic power plants on schedule as scheduled by the end of last year.
