Safety slide wire, also known as safety slide wire, is composed of guide rails, sheaths, current collectors, hangers, connectors, clips, and end caps. The expansion section can also be configured according to user requirements. (thermal compensation device), inspection section (isolator), etc.

1. Guide rail and sheath: The guide rail is made of aluminum alloy material with good conductivity and strong adaptability to the environment and is embedded in the “V” shaped stainless steel groove at the bottom of the guide rail to ensure that the collector brush slides along the groove, which is wear-resistant, stable and good contact. The guide rail is generally 6 meters long. The sheath is composed of engineering plastics with toughness, wear-resistance, anti-aging and flame-retardant properties. It has good insulation protection for the guide rails and ensures personal safety.

2. Current collector: The current collector is a supporting structure and is the main component that supplies power to mobile devices. It is made up of special carbon brush, terminal or terminal, plastic shield, support arm and so on. Apply proper contact pressure and slide smoothly along the guide rails to power the equipment. If the equipment needs to be repaired, the carbon brush of the collector can be pulled away from the rail to ensure safety and convenient operation.

The retainer is a device that limits the guide rail to the bracket, and guides the guide rail to extend to both sides of the retainer when the guide rail is retracted due to a temperature change. The end caps are installed at the two ends of the guide rails for insulation protection. Hangers and end caps are made of engineering plastics.

5. Expansion section (thermal compensation device) The expansion section is also called the retractor, thermal compensation device, etc. It consists of the connector platen, aluminum plate or copper plate with compensation power supply, and lead wires. The outer shell is engineering plastic. When the guide rail is retracted due to temperature changes, the gap is adjusted by the retractor to avoid deformation of the guide rail. Generally, when the length of the workshop exceeds 200 meters, a group is added for each additional 100 meters.

6. Inspection section (isolator): The inspection section is made of connector platens and high-strength insulating materials, and is sheathed by an engineering plastic shell. According to the needs of users, it is mainly convenient for maintenance and use such as trolley wires and mobile equipment.
