The bearing housing has two types: semi-open type and closed type; the common failure mode is commonly called "running circle"; it is mainly caused by the conflict between bearing outer ring and hole; using 2311 anti-friction repair agent (super-slip metal TM), 2215 resistance Grinding repair agent (titanium alloy TM) can easily recover the dimensions of the bearing hole.
Correction of semi-open bearing hole (1) Appearance: The outer surface to be repaired is best polished into a cross-shaped groove; focus on preserving the bearing surface of the two ends of the bearing hole as the positioning surface of the mold.
(2) Degreasing and degreasing: Severely remove the surface oil with Kesaixin @1755 scavenger.
(3) Processing mold; in the meantime: outer diameter of the mold = diameter of the outer ring of the bearing, the length of the mold (L) is larger than the width of the hole by 20~40mm, and the roughness is determined by the original bearing seat.
(4) Apply a thin layer of Kexinxin 1731 release agent on the finished mold.
(5) Manufacture of repairing agent; and apply to the upper and lower double-side grinding to remove the repaired position; leave a margin for satisfaction.
(6) Place the mold on the lower half of the bearing housing; compact; clean the spilled rubber.
(7) Fasten the upper case coated with the repair agent; use bolts to lock according to the installation requirements. Wipe off the excess material before the repair agent cures.
(8) After curing for 8~16 hours (at 25 Â°C); remove the bolt; remove the mold (the mold has 1731 release agent; you can easily remove it); use sand cloth or trowel to trim the corners; check the correction Good bearing hole size and appearance quality.
