Q1: What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is normally 80pcs, which is adjustable in special case.

Q2: Can I get a sample before formal order?
Yes,we are honored to offer you the sample for quality check or other business purposes,but we kindly ask you to pay for samples and the freight.

Q3: What is your capability of production and the lead time?
Normally we can manufacture 5000pcs faucets or 3000pcs shower sets per month.
The lead time for the stocked items is 3-5 days; If no stock, usually it is 7-15 days for small order, and 15-45 days for big order.

Q4: How about your  quality control?
All products have to pass strict inspection before they go out of our factory, if you need, you can arrange a quality inspection before the shipment.

Q5:Can I visit your showroom/factory?
Yes,our factory is in KaiPing.Also we have the showroom in Guangzhou,which displays a full set of latest series items and only takes 1 hour from airport.

Q6:What certificates do you have?
Almost all of our products are with WATERMARK certificate. For some models, the certificates are already available. For other models, we will need your assistance to apply the certificates.

Q7:  How long the warranty you can offer?
We can provide 7 years warranty for our products. We have a document specified warranty clauses, please feel free to send inquiry for more details.
