0 Preface

Electrical fire monitoring detectors are included as a protective product to prevent electrical fires from being included in the fire product category. After nearly a decade of development and market testing, this type of product has been further enriched and developed. Today, the electrical fire monitoring system consists of six types of detector products and their system networking platforms, that is, electrical fire monitoring equipment (as shown in Figure 1). The same type of this product was officially listed in the second batch of fire-fighting products that implement compulsory product certification, and will be included in the 3C-certified product catalog from January 1, 2013. It is foreseen that this will play an active role in regulating the quality of such products and the market. effect.

The development of any product stems from the promotion of market value. The electrical fire monitoring system is mainly based on electronics and software technology. As a software electronic product, it has the advantage of rapid upgrade, along with the development of electronic science and technology and the continuous development of software technology level of software developers. The upgrade will make the product more powerful and more valuable. At present, electrical protection products mainly use electrical leakage, overload, and short circuit protection. The combination of electronic protection products and electronic technology research and development with miniaturization and comprehensive functional characteristics will be the development trend of future electronic appliances (mechatronics) products, which are in line with the "high-tech transformation of traditional industries - power system information and automation technology - Sampling digitization, information technology, improve equipment performance and level of automation technology "category.

1 ARCM Series Electric Fire Monitoring Detector

1.1 Features

ARCM series electrical fire monitoring detectors are mainly used for signal collection and processing in each area. They have local data display, parameter setting and sound and light alarm functions, and are used with AKH-0.66L series residual current transformers. After receiving the AKH-0.66L detected residual current signal in the monitoring loop, it is processed in real time and uploaded to the Acrel-6000 monitoring host through the standard MODBUS communication protocol. ARCM series monitoring detectors are fully functional: monitoring detectors with a single residual current monitoring function (optional 1 to 8 channels); monitoring detectors with multiple combinations of functions, enabling excess current, temperature, current, and voltage functions Combination; also highly integrated fire monitoring, power distribution monitoring, energy metering in one of the three functions, and through the two independent communication ports for the electrical fire monitoring system and distribution monitoring system to provide reliable real-time data, reducing the detection The number of device terminals saves the investment for the user, and the same function of the monitoring detector has a variety of different installation forms to meet the application of various types of projects.

1.2 Structure Scheme

ARCM series electrical fire monitoring detectors (as shown in Fig. 2) are usually used in the actual use of the electrical fire monitoring detector connection breaker as an actuator (as shown in Fig. 3).

1.3 Hardware Design

System structure diagram (as shown in Figure 4), the design of the program's electrical fire monitoring detector functions are: LCD liquid crystal display, fault automatic inspection, leakage detection, current detection, voltage detection, sound and light self-test, data programmable , real-time communication, fault records and inquiries. The external data sampling, display, control and power supply hardware circuits adopt a modular isolation design method to ensure signal anti-interference.

System functions as shown in Figure 4, respectively, there are electric parameter acquisition module, real-time clock and power-down memory module, button module, display module, sound and light alarm module, output and input modules and power modules and so on.

1.4 Software Design

Program function design: software flow chart (as shown in Figure 5, Figure 6 and Figure 7), the system software is mainly divided into three parts, part of the main program part (as shown in Figure 5), is mainly responsible for calling related functional subroutines. The second part is the protection monitoring subroutine (as shown in Figure 6), which mainly implements the corresponding protection and monitoring functions. The third part is the display subroutine (as shown in Figure 7), which mainly implements the corresponding display function.

After normal power-on, the system preliminarily determines the initial conditions of normal power-on. During the initialization process, the system reads the relevant monitoring data, and the system starts data collection. After the filtering process, the data collected by the monitoring and control is processed accordingly. Compare the monitored data with the values ​​set by the user. When the monitored data reaches the set alarm condition, the system performs an alarm action (the alarm action method is still the user-set value).

2 The composition and working principle of the electrical fire monitoring system

2.1 The meaning of electrical fire monitoring system

Electrical fire monitoring system refers to the system that can send out alarm signals, control signals and can indicate the alarm location when the detected parameters in the protected circuit exceed the alarm setting value.

2.2 Basic composition of electrical fire monitoring system

Acrel-6000 electrical fire monitoring system consists of AKH-0.66L series residual current transformer, ARCM-NTC temperature sensor, ARCM series monitoring detector and Acrel-6000 series monitoring equipment. Each device in the system uses bus (twisted pair) for connection, and the construction wiring is simple and convenient.

This article mainly discusses residual current electrical fire monitoring system, also known as leakage fire alarm system. It is composed of Acrel-6000 series monitoring equipment, ARCM series monitoring detectors and AKH-0.66L series residual current transformers (see Figure 8).

2.3 The working principle of residual current electrical fire monitoring system

The input and output current values ​​of an electrical system, when there is no loss, the inflow and outflow phasors are zero, that is, there is no residual current; if the electrical system has a current leakage, the current phasor sum of this system If it is not zero, there is leakage current externally, and residual current will be generated in the system. The residual current is detected by the AKH-0.66L series residual current transformers. The AKH-0.66L series residual current transformers transmit the information to the ARCM series of monitoring probes, which are amplified, A/D converted, and the CPU changes the amplitude. The value is analyzed, judged, and compared with the alarm setting value. Once the set value is exceeded, an alarm signal is sent out. At the same time, it is transmitted to Acrel-6000 series monitoring equipment, and further identified and judged by the monitoring equipment. When the confirmation may be In the event of a fire, the monitoring equipment issues a fire alarm signal, turns on the alarm indicator, sounds an alarm, and displays information such as a fire alarm on the LCD. The on-duty personnel quickly checks and handles the accident scene according to the above information, and sends the alarm information to the centralized console.

3 main meter functions and selection scheme

4 Conclusion

With the development of smart grid in our country, the protection and preventive electrical fire monitoring products will not only be applied in the design of high-rise buildings. It will surely integrate into the field of home electrical security. The ARCM series electrical fire monitoring detectors studied in this paper take the civilian electrical safety as the starting point of the design. Under the premise of ensuring the stability of the software, in addition to the detection circuit, the circuit is simplified as far as possible to achieve optimal design of function and cost, and the price of electrical fire monitoring products is eliminated. Expensive disadvantages. In addition, the system is equipped with communication functions, and the application of PC software can be used to network multiple fire detectors, which makes it possible for electrical fire monitoring systems to be widely used in homes.
