Our factory produces BJ130 transmission, and the assembled assembly needs to be identified according to technical requirements. The transmission was tested on the test bench at a low speed of 1000 r/min and a high speed of 2000 r/min. When the test bed rotates at 2000r/min and the pickup is 100mm away from the test bench, the measured noise should be lower than 77dB. In the past, the test bench used oil pressure or gear shifting structure, which was not able to be used due to high noise during operation. To this end, we made a new test bench.
