The fuel injector is a key component of the diesel internal combustion engine and is one of the leading products in the oil pump nozzle industry. With the development of China's automobile industry, the demand for fuel injectors has new requirements in terms of quantity and quality. In response to this situation, we have designed and manufactured a combined machine tool for processing injectors.
The mechanical structure of the machine is complex and the power heads are made in France. It requires high processing precision, strong electrical excavation system, tight workpiece machining and high production efficiency.
In order to realize the functions of drilling, reaming, reaming, tapping and compound drilling of the machine tool, we selected SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 programmable controller and OP15 character operator panel to achieve the purpose of electrical control. The machine is operated in the automatic mode, semi-automatic mode and manual zero mode, and the parameter setting and running status display can be performed. When the machine tool fails, the alarm message is issued in time to accurately eliminate the fault. This intuitive display mode provides a good human-computer interaction interface.
The structure of the S7-300 programmable controller is a combination of rail type modules, which is easy to replace and can be arbitrarily selected. The matching STEP BASIC software is more powerful and has a variety of programming methods. It can debug the program online or monitor the actual running status of the flag, timer and counter to realize PLC fault diagnosis and information query.
The OP15 character display operator panel can directly display status information, error residence and process variables, which brings great convenience to the user's angular machine running status and faulty accommodation.
OP15's programming software PROTOOL/LITE is used to define the functions and interfaces of the OP15, enabling various display screens.
The OP15 is connected to the S7-300 programmable controller via the MPI interface, and the S7 program establishes communication with the OP15 through the user data area.
With the above hardware and software support, it is very beneficial to the software design of the system.
The programming of the machine tool uses distributed programming. The program is divided into separate instruction blocks, each block containing the logic of a given job group.
The programming method used is a ladder diagram and a statement table, and a display block, a parameter setting block, a worktable running block, an automatic returning block, a power injection adjusting block, and the like are written according to the implemented name function function. This block is called by the organization block OB1 to achieve coordinated operation of the whole and the program.
After several years of operation, the machine has shown that the whole system is reasonable in design, high in control precision and reliable in operation, which improves the automation level of injector production, reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves production efficiency.
