15 batches contain banned aromatic amines

There are 15 batches of prohibited decomposable aromatic amine dyes in this spot check, and the decomposable aromatic amine dyes detected in unqualified products are up to 255mg / kg, which is more than 10 times the detection limit. According to reports, the "National Textile Product Basic Safety Technical Code" stipulates that the dye is banned. If the decomposable aromatic amine dye is in contact with the human body for a long time, a reduction reaction may occur to decompose the carcinogenic aromatic amine, causing human disease and cancer, and the incubation period can be as long as 20 years.

In the sampling, 14 batches of 17 batches of unqualified products with a pH value above 8.0 were alkaline, with a maximum of 9.25. According to the mandatory standard GB18401-2003, the pH value of textiles that directly contact the skin is required to be 4.0-7.5. Because the human skin is weakly acidic to prevent the invasion of bacteria, the pH value (acidity) of textiles is slightly acidic and neutral, which is conducive to the protection of the human body. If the pH value is too high or too low, it will destroy the balance of the skin And resistance, make the skin vulnerable to other germs.

Unqualified clothing has been removed

According to reports, there are 31 batches of unqualified fiber components this time, ranking first in unqualified projects. The quality of product raw materials is one of the important factors that determine the value of the product. The content of wrong or disordered ingredients will mislead and deceive consumers, and directly damage the interests of consumers. In addition, there are 15 samples with unqualified marks. The industry and commerce department reminds: consumers should carefully check the product logo when purchasing, including hang tags and durable labels on clothes. The hang tag shall have signs such as trademark, Chinese factory name, factory address, product name, product implementation standard number, product quality level, safety technology category and so on. Marks such as size specifications, fiber content, and washing methods should be on the durable labels.
